My dad has been waiting weeks for them to return a probate certificate following my grandma’s death. A certificate finally arrived today but it’s someone else’s probate certificate! That’s a breach of data protection.
They’ve also claimed documents haven’t been received by them on more than one occasion despite us having proof of receipt, having used Royal Mail signed for delivery services.
There’s never anyone at the end of the phone when you call and it sometimes takes days to get a response after leaving a message.
Absolutely terrible.
