Sent and email about a delivery that was delay . Sent emails asking for it an they answer two days later. Sent and email canceling the order and miraculously they ship the order 4 hours later. Then contact FedEx to cancel the delivery and also FedEx told me only MegaZip can cancel the order. Told Megazip to call FedEx and the CS representative just did not answer my email. Telling them i will pay the return fee. Will never recommend MegaZip the worst experience ever.
