Overall service was great. The support contacted me, because shipping to Germany exceeded the original cost. They asked, if I'm still ok with higher shipping cost and offered me an additional discount, if I do so.
Shipping itself only took a few days, and the ordered A/C condenser arrived without any damages in perfect condition.
