i was disappointed by the outdated interface... i read reviews and found that both experienced users and beginners are unhappy, as sometimes it's hard for them to understand the process of placing a bet, applying for a bonus program, and so on. This hasn't bothered me for a long time because I figured it out pretty quickly, but I've heard these complaints many times. I think it varies from person to person.
