I want to share my recent experience with MelbourneFX. Three weeks ago Adam from MelbourneFX contacted me to inform me of an issue with the positions in my trading account, specifically in Nasdaq. Adam suggested that I close my position, and they would refund my losses for my current position which was around 850 USD. I agreed since I was at a floating loss in the position. Two days later, I received the refund. Two weeks later, I received an email from Adam stating that they had reimbursed my account. I was confused as I had already seen the reimbursement two weeks earlier. However, I checked my account, and I saw a reimbursement of around 5624 USD! I was surprised and didn't expect this amount at all. I called Adam right away to ask about the reimbursement, and she informed me that it was not a mistake. The amount was for all the trading I had done on the nasdaq for ten months, and this was the amount for all the error calculations.
