I received my Carlton watch quicker than expected and am delighted with the product. It is as described online and of excellent quality. The only small criticism is that I had to remove 3 links from the band. Luckily, I own a link remover and no cost was incurred. I have a larger than average wrist, so I imagine must customers will have to remove links and if they do not own a link remover, a cost will be involved.
