The watch is beautiful! I live in the US, and the shipping experience was seamless. There was a small metal filing in the face when I received the watch, and the customer service could not have been nicer! They paid to have this removed at a local jeweler in order to cut down on shipping costs and allow me to have a fully functioning watch in only a couple of days. I could not be more thrilled with this purchase and have recommended MWC to many of my friends and co-workers already!
