The watch (Burnley Automatic) is well designed. Buying on-line during the lockdown meant that some issues (e.g. adjustment of the integrated steel bracelet) had to wait until the showroom re-opened. Once that was possible, all queries and adjustments were dealt with courteously and efficiently. Excellent product and excellent service!
