I prefer to support local businesses, and in this case MWC lived up to my hopes. I'm not from Australia, but MWC's customer service was top notch--not intrusive but quickly coordinated shipping to a difficult to reach location (think no DHL) and the watch arrived--alrready set within seconds to my local time--within a week. Followed up afterwards, again without being annoying. Just excellent. The watch (Flinders Heritage Modern) is very good, though the default strap is not quite as high quality as the two additional ones I purchased (from MWC). The straps all have the company's concave buckle, which sits slightly awkwardly against the wrist. This may reduce as the bands get broken in, but a flatter buckle is typical for a reason. Minor quibbles, though. Have already recommended MWC to a friend...from Melbourne.
