Elegant and beautifully crafted watch and the service was incredible. I recently purchased the Carlton watch for my partner as a 50th gift as he'd been eyeing it on the website for some time. Unfortunately I chose the wrong colour so contacted MWC to see if it was possible to swap. Matthew came back to me straight away so the whole process from placing my original order to receiving the right watch was 10 days. Matthew was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with and most importantly my partner loves his new watch.
