I was so excited to see the new photo as it was from my wedding day and one of my favorite pics with my sister. The pic i sent to them had been stuck to the glass frame and there were spots all over our faces--not salvageable, or so I thought. The only reason I gave a 4 is due to the mix up in contacting me as I searched all of my emails and could not find the restored photo email. However, they did send a follow-up email referring to the email. As soon as I contacted them, I received a reply with my restored photo. I am thrilled!!
