As I have not received my order yet, I can’t comment on the product as of yet. As for communication, I have found it to be extremely limited. I have needed concerns to be addressed, but haven’t been able to get an answer. Any emails I have received from Memory Cherish seem to be automated. Not sure if I’ve even been corresponding with an actual person up to this point. As a company, I think it’s important to have several lines of communication open and available, but unfortunately seems to be limited in this regard. I’ve tried to find a phone number to hopefully get my questions answered, but haven’t been able to find one thus far. The order I placed for my dear husband who has held on to the only picture he has of his grandparents. I was hoping to gift this to him for Christmas, but I’m not sure if that’s possible at this point. The last email I received from Memory Cherish, was a confirmation email from two days ago stating that my order was ready to ship, but I haven’t received a shipping or tracking number yet.
