We got off to a rocky start because the follow-up email never came -- which was my fault as it turned out. Finally, the typo in my email was fixed and I uploaded a very wrinkled, untaken care of photo of me from 70 years ago. The redone photo came out beautifully and - this is the best part -- looks original.
