Like a number of other people when I entered the number on my scratch card (Everyone’s a winner) it came back with not valid or already redeemed. It seems like so many other people that this was very misleading.I was given this card to entice me into the new Hereford store. Why do they bother with these scratch cards as a company if all they do is alienate potential customers. Very disappointed, is this indicative of their trading practices in general?
