Went into the Cardiff city store, only me in store and 2 male members of staff, far to busy chatting to each other, to even acknowledge I was waiting to speak to them about a product ,I was thinking of buying, eventually they stopped talking and one of the blokes came over to answer my question and before I could answer he walked off back to his mate , was then given a scratch card for guaranteed win, and like everyone else said, it’s a con.
Will not go back to that store again
