Hi just taken my car to Slough Mercedes it was easy to book by phone and on arrival I was appointed a service representative (Bethany) who kept me informed promptly on the progress of the repair. She also contacted Mercedes to established what work could be done under warranty so I did not have to do this. I was given a time to collect the car and it was ready on time. I am very happy with the service received.
