Took delivery of my new Mercedes A250e on Thursday last, and am absolutely delighted with the car. I had considerable difficulty getting my new car paired with the Mercedes Me app on my phone, which turned out to be my fault, as my iTunes id was with the US App Store. Sajid Javid at Mercedes Slough was absolutely determined to get it sorted out for me. He was very knowledgeable and supportive, spent a lot of time on the problem, and solved it to my great relief and satisfaction. Many thanks Sajid.
