Title: Extremely Disappointed with Mercedes-Benz Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Mercedes-Benz. The receptionist is consistently incompetent and unhelpful, making it difficult to get any assistance. Additionally, there is never anyone available to address my concerns, and despite numerous promises, no one ever calls back. The customer service is virtually non-existent, which is unacceptable for a brand of this stature. I hope they take immediate steps to improve their service.
