Mercedes-Benz Warrington are selling Approved Used vehicles without carrying out proper Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI). This is completely unacceptable and amounts to cheating customers who trust the Mercedes-Benz Approved Used programme. Serious faults were found immediately after delivery, proving the car had not been properly checked. Customers deserve honesty and the standards promised — not shortcuts and excuses.
