Buyer be warned - we needed to get a refund from Merchandisingplaza (Italy) ---first they lied and said they hadn't received my return , then said it was held up in customs , then told paypal there was no evidence of me sending the package. Even though I sent countless emails of the tracking numbers. And paypal just as bad siding with them WTF! . Today I received the parcel back saying knowone picked the parcel up in Italy --Don't Trust them Paypal or Merchandising plaza (Italy)---and once again I sent a photo of the returned parcel and the tracking number to paypal . Shop elsewhere guys !!!
