If I could give them Zero stars, I would. Any band, podcast or other artist who is still using Merchtable, and want to ever have a repeat customer, should quickly leave this platform & hire a provider with the ability to manage their merchandise. (May I suggest Shopify.) They have inaccurate inventory tracking, misquote shipping dates by up to 4 weeks, will not notify you of any changes & when you contact them to get details, they will refuse to apologize, or admit they made a mistake let alone offer any resolution at all. I will never again order from anyone using this platform, and not because they made a mistake, but because they aren’t business savvy enough to even apologize for it.
