Do not order from this company! I had to return a pair of DM’s due to them being too big. Firstly I had to pay the postage but when I got a refund it was £32 short which they said was to cover the cost of the customs clearance fee! They operate out of the Czech Republic so not only did delivery take 2-3 weeks there is a huge cost to the customer to return goods. They say it’s in their terms and conditions but who reads all of those? I ended up buying the same boots from DM directly with free 2 day delivery.
