Unvollständige Lieferung / delivery not completed
Ordered products in June, sending and delivery to my German address was confirmed.
I am living in Thailand, arrived at 24th of August, opened the boxes on the 25th.
Two X 3kg of Brown sauce is missing and Metro refused to send the already in June paid missing products to me.
Bad customer service at its best.
