I stayed home just to receive the product but the delivery was late! and when it came some days later I was not at home so dhl took it away to the filale. I was asked to pick up the fridge which is not possible for me. I contacted the customer service of metro and they said it will be returned back to metro after 7 days if I don't pick up. I asked them to reship again but they didn't help! Later i had to contact the dhl myselfand get it reshipped!
