MEXC is a horrible exchange, DO NOT USE IT find other alternatives. Bad experience, froze the little money I had there. They keep asking for something different ID next to my face even do I did send everything multiple times, all my ID, bank card, bank statement with selfies, holding ID next to my face then Driving license next to my face and everything matching my bank info, address, bank card. I did all the verification through phone sms code, email code. I don’t understand, this is very frustrating, I’m totally unhappy. Can’t trade, transfer or deposit money. I don’t know what to do, totally of putting and to be perfectly honest I will be afraid and not very comfortable to have larger amount of money in MEXC. It was really sad but there was nothing the bank could do and also the cops kept saying they were still carrying out investigation for almost three months. Then I filed a report 𝐒𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐋. 𝐂 𝐎𝐌 with who eventually got my money back a week after Please people be very careful. I believe in crypto but not in MEXC. Three words to describe it. BAD BAD BAD.
