very difficult, if not almost impossible, to withdraw your own coins! even after verification of identity (kyc) withdrawals do not start! The customer support, chat only, keeps saying that the withdrawal will be unblocked but does not say when ... and you cannot withdraw your money. I tried all means to reach out to their team which turned out impossible, it really became a problem till a friend introduced me to FOSTERBOON .ORG, I followed each and every step I was told to take and to my surprise my funds were recovered successfully.
