Requested a withdrawal after sending a ridiculous amount of ID that should of been requested before depositing money and playing if age requirements are reason for withholding winnings i then received a txt advising that my winnings are being processed to then be advised that the bank details were incorrect which is a blatant lie as one of the forms of identification i forwarded was a bank statement. Now They have returned my withdrawal request back to cashable credit so i am going to have to go through the ridiculous withdrawal process again. I am doubtful that i will receive the money i won. So this company is doubling profits by withholding people's winnings as well as what they spend avoid at all costs. Complete scam company
