I've been fobbed off yet again!!!! 😩 I'm asking for my withdrawal of £25 which I won from bonuses & loyalty points. I had to wager about £400+ in order for it to be converted to cash. Having only the week before I sent an obscene amount of id and having spoke to customer service, they agreed this was enough information to clear the funds. As it was still within the 30days of the info I had sent them. I was told to ignore any further txt messages and my money would be transferred in 1-5 days, this usually only takes 2 days. Its now 4 days on and low and behold I've had 3 more texts requesting further info. So I call again, and they are now saying that the 'banking team' requested a further phone bill, which happened to be generated the very day after I had already spoken to them. Exactly how much interest are they going to make on my £25 fgs. I'm am definitely not recommending this site to anyone in the future. I agree with everyone else on here who has given a 1 star review, if I could give 0 stars I would, definitely starting to seem like a huge scam site. Email being sent also.
