Where do I start. I paid like £20 and simply went to withdraw £25, no biggie right??
Wrong. They wanted driving licence, bank statement latest phone bill covering the date of request for withdrawn AND proof of the bill being paid. My bills are paid 22nd and my request was 25th so obviously this wasn't going to be paid until next bill.
