We ordered our hot tub and expected to have a reasonable wait for a delivery date, expecially as we ordered over a bank holiday weekend. However, we received a phone call on bank holiday monday to say they had a delivery date from in as little as two days time! So that was it - ordered and delivered within a week !!! The hot tub is the miami (budget model), but we are enjoying it immensely. The delivery guys were fantastic (Denny and ?? so sorry, I forgot your colleagues name). No fuss whatsoever - delivered, placed exactly where I wanted, and given full details on the use of the chemicals. Cannot have asked for more - excellent service from start to finish.
