The staff at the Bailey Street shop went over and above the normal standard of customer service when I took my laptop in for service. Both Wayne and Andy were most helpful and kept me informed of what they were doing and how long it would take.
I would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class service, and I will certainly call in to see them again to purchase a new laptop in the not too distant future.
