I've only used Micro Plus twice. The first time I hoped to get a Canon printer fixed but M P couldn't fix it & it cost me about £40 (I think) to be told it had to go back to Canon. I did know about the charge in advance so 'fair enough'.
The second time was to attend a free session on introducing Windows 8 which I found interesting
