I had difficulty installing Norton on my laptop when an Error code showed as I was going through the installation process. Having had two attempts at installing it, I then rang the Bailey St shop and was told it could be sorted out immediately. Daniel - a new member of staff - hit the same snag as me but persevered and was able to overcome the difficulty.
