I am a totally non-intuitive computer user, and still believe that, if I touch the wrong thing, something awful will happen. I therefore find myself frequently asking for help, and the staff are so patient and non-judgemental. I am so grateful for their knowledge, patience and ability to explain things in a way even I can understand.
