Both my partner and I have been having a lot problems one way and another with our computers. However, in a short space of time Steve was able to correct all of these and we are again very happy people. He was extremely helpful and we have picked up some good tips from him, certainly knows his job. Also what a very nice chap he is, so knowledgeable and has brilliant customer care skills. A very personable young man.
