I bought a laptop that kept failing on startup... Then after a few weeks, completely stopped working with just a blue screen of death. Micro Dream accept that the product was faulty from the start but refused to repair it because I informed them of it's death a month from purchase date. It's a terrible standard of customer service. I assume their set up and testing work is poor, but it staggers me that they are happy to leave sometime with a completely useless laptop 30 days from purchase date. Decent initial price but just not worth the headache and lost work time. Order number #MD100228411
