The Microsoft store took my computer. Stated there was a virus. The technicians kept changing. Took twice as long as predicted and one technician didn't know what the other had done. Result was they lost all my data. To date I continue to have to recreate my files. The final technician who was very good couldn't understand how they lost everything. Took my prior computer and transferred that data. However, 18 months of data was missing.
If they had one technician work on my computer, it would have worked much better. It's costing me hours to recreate my files. Nobody knows why, who and how all my files were deleted. Horrible.!! Would not recommend!! And you can't get appointments with the technician you would like. Really bad experience. Would not recommend.
