The whole process was very simple, Alan was really transparent and did not attempt to over emphasise any minor marks etc. the valuation was far better than a part-exchange price and the bumper/alloy scuff repair cost was minimal. Great company to deal with and much better than selling privately or haggling with dealerships. In summary, excellent. Thanks Alan.
