Mike Brewer Buys your car, unless they decide they don't want it without any justification!
Website lets you put in all of the car details etc, then book the appointment, which the Luton Branch rang and confirmed with me.
Then around an hour later get a phone call to say they don't want the car, no real explanation, "it's not something they're not looking for" and no real apology.
Incredibly poor experience!!
