Terrible customer service. Actually rude over email. The products where packed in such a way that they all sat at the bottom of the box on top of each other and therefore inevitably there where breakages. Very slow to replace the items and I haven’t actually received them yet. I absolutely loved the products and want to buy more but feeling I can’t give more of my money to such a rude and unhelpful company. Never shopped anywhere that I have felt so negative and unhappy about.
