Amazing customer service, very efficient and reply via email pretty much straight away even over the weekend! The hair is always a 5* quality and will not be beaten, it doesn’t loose colour which a lot of extensions tend to do over time and is always super easy to brush after washing and tends to never get tangled. Highly recommend
