We arrived and was showing to our seats. Nobody came to speak to us for half an hour. We went to speak to the manager who was the one who would show us to our seats to be told. He couldn’t remember everybody that he’d seated and didn’t seem bothered in the slightest that we had just been left When I rang to explain to him how unhappy we were with the service he told me to ring head office and put the phone down
