The site was effective but had a policy that all replies must be answered promptly. I wasn't always able to do this because of a busy period, and was told it may impact my rating. I received dozens of replies within a couple of days and the workload was too high to respond quickly enough to meet the desired reply timeline that Mindahome mentions.
I did receive many good responses though and found an excellent house sitter.
