It worked as a linking-communication vehicle, but as a user I need more certainty/ means of assessing potential sitters, and reason for those people to stick to their word!
Suggest you need a rating / review system (like AirB&B etc) so users develop and protect a reputation by good behaviour and reliability in communications…
That would take out most of the stress of potential false promises / unmet expectations, etc!
