Mindahome is a good idea but it could be difficult to find applicants that would accept full responsibility for the proper care of the pets and keeping the house and yard tidy. Most seem to be in it for the free rent, gas, electricity etc and the opportunity continue working from their computers, and to sight see. Mindahome gets some money from them but that would be far outweighed by savings. So one has to be lucky to get the right applicant. I have used Mindahome three times now and I would use the last applicant again.
