We used the service on our last day of a holiday when we needed to store bags for approximately 5 hours. Using the mindmybag website was easy, and the service at the hotel we stored our bags at was great. Easy to use and a great solution to avoid having to haul luggage around for hours and hours. It made it easy to get the most out of our last day of our holiday.
