I was nervous about leaving my laptop bag whilst I headed to a sports match with no laptops allowed. The staff didn't know anything about it to start with but eventually, a manager arrived who completed the check-in. I don't think the bags are locked, just put out the back which worried me a little. Not sure I would leave my work laptop again however it was good value, convenient and all was well. A great service.
