There a RIP off and customer service is incompetent I called twice asking for specific things that would work for plumbing for sinks and made a purchase . They weren't what I asked for and had to pay shipping both ways costing me over $500 and no shampoo chair units. If you want a reputable company go with buy rite beauty they were great
