Usually when I do my international purchases with Minisport I receive no information of when the item is shipped, or I do receive word when it had already left UK. Also on many occasions Minisport won't ship my package out for for then 5-7 business days. I have contacted Minisport on these situations and they informed me that all items are in stock and should be on their way. Unfrortunately that doesn't mean they are out the door for at least another 24-48 hours. As for this transaction, they did manage to ship the order out in a timely fashion, but doesn't mean I will trust future orders.
