The service is pretty good and the people are helpfull. On the downside there are too many substandard goods and they are not alone as many of the products are the same as on sale by other traders. Who checks the quality? Some parts like Heritage panels are so bad they are more trouble than they are worth and expensive too. If retailers were to have some sort of quality control and rejected more of this substandard rubish then we would see an inprovement in goods all round. Good for the consumer and the retailers reputation.
